Filakia’s founders, Chloé Monchalin and Benjamin Rousselet, have opened a restaurant on rue Faubourg Saint-Denis serving Hellenic food in a Parisian atmosphere. Greek salads, colorful artisan-made plates and found bibelots evoke Athenian culture amid a stylish decor designed by Studio Parisien. The dishes inspire a yearning to travel, especially the recipes of Chloé Monchalin’s Greek.
