Homer lobster

The winner of Down East’s World’s Best Lobster Roll Championship, Homer Lobster, is opening its second Parisian establishment in the 6th arrondissement.

The lobster roll champ is opening a venue in the Saint-Germain-des-Près area of the capital. It will be serving four dishes of lobster mixed respectively with mayonnaise (Le Classique), aromatic herbs (Le Connecticut), guacamole (L’Avocado) and yellow chili pepper (L’Amarillo). The restaurant is to open in September.
