1. The information that we collect  

We need certain information about you in order to send you content that is most relevant to you.

Below, we specify what information NellyRodi.com collects and how we collect it.

When you subscribe to our newsletter via our NellyRodi.com platform or when you join the NellyRodi.com platform as a premium member, an account is created in your name. All of your activities on NellyRodi.com are then linked to this account. In the table below, we specify the information about you that we may collect as a function of your activities on our platform and how we obtain it.

Some of the information mentioned above reveals your identity or is directly linked to your identity, such as your name and e-mail address. Other data does not reveal your identity or is not directly linked to your identity, such as information about your web browser and your device as well as the information collected via cookies. In the event that we combine information that does not reveal your identity with information that does reveal it, we will treat the combined information as personal data and protect it accordingly.

3. Who may receive information about you

This section indicates who may receive information about you that you share yourself via the platform or that we share.

a. Your linked social networks

You may follow NellyRodi.com from other platforms and social networks (e.g. by joining the NellyRodi page on Facebook). To do this, you must link your NellyRodi.com account to an account that you hold on a social network. If you link these accounts, you will be authorizing us to share certain information with your social media account provider; furthermore, you will be indicating that you understand that the use of this information will be governed by the privacy policy of the third-party website concerned. If you do not wish your personal information to be communicated to users of other social networks or to a social media account provider, do not link your account on that social network to your NellyRodi.com account and refrain from using  the social sharing features of the NellyRodi.com platform. You may provide information voluntarily on online forums, discussions, profile pages, blogs and other services (e.g. the NellyRodi.com page on Facebook or other social network platforms) allowing you to display information and other elements. Please be aware that any information that you display or disclose via such services will be made public. It will be visible not only to users of NellyRodi.com and social networks, but also to the public at large. We may share information about you with those of our service suppliers that process this data in order to provide us with services or provide services in our name. We may also use and disclose information about you in order to exercise or protect our legal rights or defend against any legal claim.

Acquisition or merger: We are not planning to sell our company. However, in this unlikely event, we may use, disclose or transfer information about you to a third party if our company or any one of our subsidiaries or affiliates is involved in a corporate restructuring in connection with an acquisition, merger or other transfer of assets, including bankruptcy or other business transition.

 

4. Your privacy options

On NellyRodi.com, you can change your privacy settings and your choices for receiving NellyRodi services by e-mail at any time. To do this, go to the “Privacy and Preferences” tab in your personal space on NellyRodi.com.

If you wish, you may request access to the information that we hold about you and ask us to modify or delete it.

a. Account and e-mail settings

When you subscribe to our newsletter or join the NellyRodi.com platform, an “account and user profile” page is created for you. Your personal information is available in your user space. When you are a customer of the NellyRodi.com platform, your purchases, subscriptions and downloads are available in your user space. You may change your privacy settings by clicking here, or by logging into your account, clicking on “Settings” and selecting “Privacy and Preferences”.

If you wish to opt out of receiving promotional e-mails from NellyRodi.com, you can do so by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in said emails or by logging into your account, clicking on “Settings” and selecting “Privacy and Preferences.” We will make every attempt to honor your request as quickly as possible.

N.B.: Please note that you will continue to receive key or administrative messages / e-mails from us (e.g. updates about your account or service modifications) from which you cannot unsubscribe.

b. Access to and deleting information about you

You may ask us to have your personal information revised, rectified, updated, deleted or erased. To manage the information in your user profile, log into your account, click on “Settings” and update it.

You can also contact our support desk using our  to ask us to specify what personal data we hold about you or delete certain archives. You may also ask for an electronic copy of your personal information in order to transfer them to another company (provided that, under current law, you are entitled to this right to data portability). We invite you to let us know what types of information you would like us to delete from our databases and/or the restrictions that you would like to place on the use of your personal data. In order to protect you, we will only modify personal data linked to the specific e-mail address that you use to send us your request; in addition, we may verify your identity before doing so. We will treat each request in accordance with applicable legal requirements and make every attempt to honor it as quickly as possible.

N.B.: Please be aware that certain data will be retained for archival purposes and/or to complete transactions started by you prior to your request. Residual data may also remain in our databases and other records, but it will no longer be linked to your identity.

c. Social networks

You can modify or delete permissions that you have granted to NellyRodi.com concerning the use of information from your social network accounts. To do this, use the privacy settings of your application when you are on the NellyRodi page on your social network.
