We need certain information about you in order to send you content that is most relevant to you.

When you subscribe to our newsletter via our platform or when you join the platform as a premium member, an account is created in your name. All of your activities on are then linked to this account. 3. Who may receive information about you

This section indicates who may receive information about you that you share yourself via the platform or that we share.

a. Your linked social networks

You may follow from other platforms and social networks (e.g. by joining the NellyRodi page on Facebook). To do this, you must link your account to an account that you hold on a social network. If you link these accounts, you will be authorizing us to share certain information with your social media account provider; furthermore, you will be indicating that you understand that the use of this information will be governed by the privacy policy of the third-party website concerned. If you do not wish your personal information to be communicated to users of other social networks or to a social media account provider, do not link your account on that social network to your account and refrain from using  the social sharing features of the platform. a. Account and e-mail settings

When you subscribe to our newsletter or join the platform, an “account and user profile” page is created for you. Your personal information is available in your user space. When you are a customer of the platform, your purchases, subscriptions and downloads are available in your user space. You may change your privacy settings by clicking here, or by logging into your account, clicking on “Settings” and selecting “Privacy and Preferences”.

If you wish to opt out of receiving promotional e-mails from, you can do so by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in said emails or by logging into your account, clicking on “Settings” and selecting “Privacy and Preferences.” We will make every attempt to honor your request as quickly as possible.

b. Access to and deleting information about you

You may ask us to have your personal information revised, rectified, updated, deleted or erased. To manage the information in your user profile, log into your account, click on “Settings” and update it.

You may also ask for an electronic copy of your personal information in order to transfer them to another company (provided that, under current law, you are entitled to this right to data portability). We invite you to let us know what types of information you would like us to delete from our databases and/or the restrictions that you would like to place on the use of your personal data. In order to protect you, we will only modify personal data linked to the specific e-mail address that you use to send us your request; in addition, we may verify your identity before doing so. We will treat each request in accordance with applicable legal requirements and make every attempt to honor it as quickly as possible.

N.B.: Please be aware that certain data will be retained for archival purposes and/or to complete transactions started by you prior to your request. Residual data may also remain in our databases and other records, but it will no longer be linked to your identity.
